I am very satisfied with my purchase and I hope I can continue to afford this product in the future. So far I’ve noticed more energy, better digestion, clearer skin, and the brain fog I was experiencing isn’t completely gone but I am thinking more clearly. I take one in the morning, around noon, mid evening and at night before bed, so 4 a day. I’m 5’8” and weigh 128lbs and 4 capsules doesn’t have any negative side effects for me. One of these didn’t get washed down the other day(my fault) and it was disgusting, terrible after taste and I did throw up a little when I gagged trying to make it either come up or go down. That was me being in a rush and only sipping the water with the capsule. Usually I drink a half bottle of water with each dose. The only thing I have noticed different that I don’t like is my hands and sweat smell different. I can’t explain the smell, and it washes right away, but it’s unpleasant. I’m not saying it’s the capsules, but I never smelled like it before. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of the beef organ supplements and will purchase again when I start getting low, if I can afford it.
