What an unexpected surprise 😮

I ordered this stuff because I started a new job and I was having sore muscles from moving around a lot more than I was used to. I was tired, not just from getting more excercise, but I was also picking up swing shifts. There was a lot of nights where I didn't get enough rest. I heard that taking creatine could help with muscle recovery as well as some other things; like help with cognitive functions. So, when this popped up on my Facebook I started looking into it. The ingredients look good, clean, its more than just creatine so I gave it a try. I wanted to wait and take this for a few weeks so I could give it an honest review. I was surprised from day one. The first day, I could tell that my muscles were less sore not nearly as much body pain. My feet were less swollen after standing on them all day. I started taking less ibuprofen and tylenol because I'm not in pain like I was. I have like a natural energy. It's not as hard to get through the sleep deprived nights. I don't know what it is but it seems like I've been more regular in the bathroom. I've lost over 5 lbs in 2 weeks and I've changed absolutely nothing except taking this supplement religiously everyday. I know it says shelf builder but I haven't seen any building of the shelf yet but just from how it is helped my body physically and my brain cognitively I would be happy to keep this supplement in my routine. It is something I have started looking forward to taking every day. 100% would recommend to anyone who is struggling like I was.

It taste great!! I usually have it during my lunch. Tricks my mind that it's having something refreshing and no need for sodas or other sugary drinks. Its also a great way to have a lil break from water. I don't miss a day on this. Now it does taste like the drink Tang. Which is nice. However having it everyday I wish you had other flavors.

I just started today but I love the flavor. Im allergic to chocolate and peanuts and watermelon so its hard to find an outstanding product for me in the flavor category. I like the fact that it has no dyes, the powder is white, and I am definitely going to order more.

So far I am loving this product. My booty seems to already be getting a little bigger 🤭🍑 and my skin looks great. Not a huge fan of the orange flavor but a good quality product that you can feel the difference.

Too sweet tasting

I love all that is on this creatine mix with the added vitamins, hyaluronic acid, folate etc but the powder itself is SOOO sweet. I usually can handle downing most anything and I’m not sure what is causing the sweetness; whether it’s the added Stevia leaf extract or something else in there, but it taste incredibly sweet. Too sweet

ships very quickly and I took my first scoop today. love the taste and it dissolves perfectly in my shaker filled with ice water. Still TBD on the effects/performance, but the taste and texture is great.

Day 1 and I've got no complaints! No jitters or nausea. I'm excited to add this to my daily routine. Dissolved easily mixed with cold water, taste " tropical" aka pineapple/coconut...I don't really get much orange but it's good over all. Easily getting so many vitamins into one simple drink.

I have not been taking it for even a month yet, but so far it, it tastes delicious with vanilla yogurt and I am happy with my choice to start this journey.

I like it. Helps with uptick in workouts. Feel energized after workouts and sleep great at night. And guess what everyone....I only had this for two days. It's a keeper. I just want to add, you still need protein. Theirs no going around that. If you are on any glp-1's building may take a little longer but you will see results. Main key to great health and vitamins is get to it without failure.

Love the taste and if you shake it good enough, it mixes and dissolves well! While I am normally skeptical of these kinds of things, I really do feel after a couple weeks, that my hair feels more smooth and less frizzy and my workouts are better so the effectiveness seems to be on point. Probably helps that it is forcing more water intake too, but I don't like to just drink water (I need flavor). This for sure was a good value and allowed me to skip the Coke Zeros for a bit.

As someone who struggles with mental health, fatigue, brain fog, consistent exercise, and sleep, I am definitely noticing an improvement in my life in all of those areas. I've been taking it daily for probably three weeks now. Excited to see where I am in three more weeks! It also has a really nice flavor. You can still taste the powdery element but it is not overpowering at all.

Absolutely recommend! I have been taking for exactly 1 week today and I must say I am excited to drink this product my workouts each morning. It taste delicious to me which is surprising because I don’t like most drinks. I have finally found my one! I must say the past couple days I have been sleeping better even when I only get little sleep due to my 1 year old not being a good sleeper. Decent Multi-Supplement

This Supplement is designed to be a Creatine supplement with some other things thrown in, such as BCAAS amino acids, collagen peptides, myo-inositol, glutamine, vitamin D, iron, zinc oxide, biotin, hyaluronic acid, l methylfolate, and maca powder. All those extras a good, but a few have such small amounts that they may not be effective, for example the collagen is 1143mg, when the normal dose is around 10000mg or 10g per serving, and the iron is at 1mg, which again may or may not make a difference. It does its main function well, 5 full grams of Creatine which will certainly have a positive effect. Overall a good product to try and see what difference it can do fo ryou.

Already getting amazing results

I'm 4 days into using this product as a 34 year old woman who previously felt like nothing was going to help me get back to feeling fit and energetic in the gym. I've always built lean muscle well until becoming over 30 and I was low energy and had terrible muscle recovery. This product has already improved my recovery and increased how much weight I can use at the gym. I was ready to give up before I tried this. Great workout supplement

This is a great supplement to take before a workout just make sure you take it with food. I didn't do that the first time and I got a little queasy. After that I took it with food and haven't had any other issues. I really like the orange flavor. I've put it in almond milk and OJ, but I like it best in my morning smoothie. It's packed full of everything I need for the day, like vitamin D3, folate, biotin, iron, zinc, creatine monohydrate, blend of multiple types of collagens, myo-inositol, blend of BCAA's amino acids, blend of digestion enzymes, glutamine, maca powder, hyaluronic acid, and D-chiro inositol. I haven't had any bloating or digestive issues since I started using this, which is fabulous. I think I found my new pre-workout go to. I'll definitely be back for more!

Good stuff

My wife has been taking this for a few weeks now and has had no issues with it. She likes the flavor and how it makes her feel. A lot of times powders do not taste good and one has to suffer through it. Powerful Fitness and Other Health Benefits

I look up any possible side affects when taking a supplement that is new to me. Creatine Monohydrate plus the numerous other included ingredients have plenty of benefits that I like. However, I am hesitant on taking this right now because my research leads me to concern over the possibility that it might exacerbate some health issues I am already trying to resolve. I have read that it may cause diarrhea, gastrointestinal disturbances. It also warns of liver dysfunction which I am already dealing with. Also, there have been reports of contaminated creatine supplements -so I feel this supplement needs third party testing for safety - but I could find no such indication on the product page, the container, or the brand's store website. So for now, I will put this supplement aside for later consideration as there is a Expiration Date on the bottom of the container, giving me about 2 years to decide.

Pleasant flavor

Initially i did not notice that this was flavored and I put a scoop in my coffee first thing in the morning. I very quickly realised my mistake. While not wholly unpleasant, it was not a flavor that went well with blueberry coffee. It does work well with water. I prefer to mix a scoop with some carbonated water from my SodaStream. It has a nice orangey flavor. I like the combination of supplements that it provides in one convenient canister.

One thing i have to have at all times are BCAAs. These help repair torn muscles so that they can come back faster and stronger than before. Pair that with collagen and some of the other vitamins included in this powder, and you have a one-stop-shop for energy, performance, and recovery.I've been sipping this mix for a few days and I have not had any stomach issues, no bloating, and I have had it without a meal with no side effects. What's more is that the mix tastes great. I absolutely love this tropical orange flavor and will likely stay on this for awhile. It sorta reminds me of this other all-in-one that I was taking for a few years before the brand went out of business. I was addicted and it worked. I have high hopes that this mix will bring back what I lost long ago. I already added another jar to my shopping cart.

Okay quality supplement. Everything the body needs in one, however the taste is not the best. The taste is an artificial orange flavor. It takes a little getting used to. It did not dissolve completely. A lot of white gritty floaters on the bottom of my cup. Overall if you can get over the taste then it’s a great option in supplements for healthy mind and body.

This creatine comes with a scoop and when mixed with water (about 8 ounces), it tastes sort of like Tang, if you are old enough to get that reference. If you aren’t, then imagine water with a sweet orange-y flavor. It mixes well but wants to settle to the bottom of the glass so you have to keep stirring it occasionally. You could also mix it in a smoothie or in yogurt—not realizing it was orange flavored I mixed it into my chocolate protein powder Greek yogurt and was surprised that my chocolate yogurt tasted overpoweringly citrus-y!I didn’t have any adverse reactions from taking this. It’s too soon to see if I feel any differently.The company uses GMP standards and they manufacture in an FDA inspected facility. They also seem to be 3rd party tested.Expiration date for the jar I was sent is 11/26.

I have used creatine for supplementation to my workouts for its added benefits. When I came across this from Clean Nutraceuticals and saw all of the added nutrients I really wanted to give it a try. So far so good, has a slight orange flavor to me not overpowering, this mixes really well unlike straight creatine. In my opinion this is a good way to add to your nutrition without breaking the bank.

First day I took it wrong without food had the craziest nauseous stopped my workout went to eat and I was good. Second day taking it with food no issue at all I used 4 oz water to mix so I can taste the calories then drank more water. I could not get past the taste, it was horrible. i am not picky but i couldn't even get a full gulp down without wanting to gag and it smelled really bad as well. I don't know if i got a bad batch or something but this was not it. and i could not return it so that was almost $30 down the drain

Overall is a great product… I would of like one with no zinc…aim to my specific needs I’m not low on zinc I keep active , No immune issues, No frequent infections, No poor wound healing & Zinc is only helpful if I’m low. Extra zinc does not improve my joints, cholesterol, or menopause symptoms.

Havent used it consistently enough to give five star but i can tell that the inositol curbs my appetite and I like that. I’ve used other creatines and im sure with consistency it will do what they do. Also not a fan of the flavor I wish there was variety.

It is too sweet and I don’t like it can’t drink it so please don’t send me anymore please cancel!!

The flavor tastes like crushed up Tylenol mixed with Kool aid. And it does not full dissolve no matter how much water you mix it with. You have to stir/swirl it constantly between drinks or the undissolved gritty granules sink quickly to the bottom. Only been using it for a week, and see no difference. Going to keep forcing myself to drink it for the whole month to see if I notice anything.

I have taken this every day since I got it except 2 days. I have felt no difference, nor have I seen any changes, but I will continue to take it daily moving forward for at least 1 month most likely 2 so I can say I gave it an honest try. So, I'm in the middle now I like the taste, but I need to see results, before I can give an honest & fair review.

Fast shipping! I can't write a complete review because I have only been using the product a few days so far. I KNOW ONE THING... I DO NOT ENJOY THE TASTE... but im still using it to see if the claims are legit. I love that it is made for women and I look forward to coming back to write a more informed review.

i honestly thought it was flavorless and was going to put it in my coffee like it was advertised. instead, it is a tang. it isnt too bad as far as a creatine goes, but would have preferred to have it in a drink i was already going to have.

Just okay…. I don’t love the flavor or the sweetness. I wish it was just unflavored like my other so I could add it to anything. I’ll choke down the 2 containers I got but I won’t buy more.

The orange flavor isn’t my favorite, and it doesn’t blend well, leaving some grit and settling at the bottom. A few formula tweaks and Flavorless option could make this an amazing product!

Didn't realize it is flavored. The flavor is gross. Please make an unflavored version. As for the effectiveness, I have no idea. I've only been using it for about a week.
