I am on my second bottle of PH Defend Womens Probiotic and I must say I am impressed with the outcome thus far. I am going through menopause and it seems to be helping with some of the issues associated with menopause. I will continue to use this product.

I constantly feel like my PH is off. Anything can trigger it even just after my period which is absolutely hate. I tried this after using suppositories and it really helped so much better. I feel like suppositories are good for short term but these really fix the problem from the inside out which I love. I don’t have to worry about a weird smell or anything with these and you honestly don’t even have to take them consistently. I’m really bad at that but also just wanting to save these for when I really need this since they’re a tad pricey. I like to take these before bed with several chugs of water. Since I wasn’t sure how they would effect my tummy and I take other medication during the day I stuck with taking them at night and it works best for me!

Great All-In-One Female Supplement

This supplement works wonderfully for keeping things in top shape down there, and ensuring I get the probiotics for the gut as well. It works to keep things balanced internally for women, everything flows nice and smooth- and the cranberry keeps the urinary tract in a healthy balance too. I've had no negative effects from these, they are standard sized, easy to swallow, great all-in-one female supplement.

easy to swallow and tolerate

The first thing you notice when you open this bottle of supplements is that it smells like cranberry and that the capsules have a pink color which. I liked the assortment of ingredients in this, particularly that it has both cranberry and d-mannose. I took this with meals and a full glass of water as instructed and didn't experience any unpleasant side effect or problems. I couldn't really taste anything while taking them and the capsules were easy to swallow.

I'm very satisfied with these probiotics that are specifically designed for women's health.The capsules are average sized and easy to swallow.The bottle has a mild cranberry odor, but the individual capsules don't have a scent.While I've been taking these capsules, they have been effective at keeping my women's health parts healthy, without any painful conditions that can occur when I don't take probiotics.

I got these for my partner, who has a vagina. I, myself, do not. However, we have a mutual interest in keeping hers healthy. These pills were easy to take, and did not have any unpleasant flavors or anything like that. I like the blend of ingredients. I cannot speak to their efficacy or anything like that, but if you're looking for pre and probiotics, this seems like a product for you.

I can’t be bothered to take multiple vitamins and supplements so I’m a huge fan of nutraceuticals targeted “condition” or health focus leveled supplements. I think this one should remove the word vaginal and replace it with Women’s, to get better sales - especially when the ingredients are good for urinary health as well. Switched from Uro to this

I’m almost done my first bottle currently ordering my second. My Ph balanced is super regulated and I love that it has more benefits than just vaginal health. I switched from Uro to this product due to spotting and bloating and I haven’t experienced either of those symptoms with this product. These capsules plus liquid chlorophyll …chefs kiss 🙌🏽

I take these in hopes of maintaining good urinary tract health and they seem to do that well. They are fairly standard capsules that are smooth and easy enough to swallow. I haven't noticed any negative side effects from them.

Good for Maintenance

My doctor recommended I take probiotics regularly so I have been trying several types. These are currently among my favorites. They have a good mix of ingredients; thistle, vitamin D and fiber among them and are made in USA. That last is quite important given the articles I’ve been reading about manufacturing safety elsewhere in the world. The pink capsules are on the larger size but for go down quite easily with tea. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or indeed a taste.I discovered that they are better for prevention than for when you have issues. But when it comes to maintaining a healthy system (which is why my doctor recommended I take probiotics in the first place) they are quite good. And, at just under $30 for 100 capsules, the price is quite reasonable.I recommend them.

These probiotics are easy to swallow and since they're capsules they have no taste. So far there has been no side effects either. Being that they are probiotics, it is hard to judge whether they help, other than not having issues. In that aspect, so far these have been doing what they are supposed to. The bottle says they are made in USA, which is always a plus when dealing with supplements or anything else that goes in your body. I would buy them again.

This bottle of probiotics came double sealed- once on the outside and once on the inside. There are 60 capsules per bottle. The capsules themselves are typical size and easy to swallow. I like them, but as I counted out the amount for my trip, I noticed I was shorted one supplement 🥲. Hopefully it’s not like that the next time, and I will check and update if it is.I never pressed send and I’m on my second bottle now… once again, I am short one supplement👎🏽👎🏽

Easy to take

These are small capsules with little flavor or smell. They are easy to take and don't seem to bother my stomach. I do notice a bit better pelvic comfort overall after taking these for a while. They are pretty speedy at 50 cents a pill and a dosage being 2 pills.

Moderately effective for health PH balance and biome

I found this to be effective at supporting a healthy feminine PH level and biome. However, it is not as effective as my favorite feminine probiotics at getting a flare-up back under control. It is a much more cost effective option for maintenance.

These are good at keeping ph regulated, drink lots of water. My bf gives me lots of compliments if you catch my drift! Definitely would recommend 10/10.If you struggle taking large pills these aren’t that bad if taking with water.

Kinda Bitter

I think I can taste the cranberry?? These were a little bitter when I put them in my mouth to take, before I drank water after. They were otherwise easy to swallow. So far I haven't had any negative reaction to taking these.

I give these pills a 8/10 they work well with ph overall I love these pills just make sure you are always close to a bathroom because taking these you will but be able to hold your bowels.

At first sight, I thought this product could be an escapee from goop. I searched online and found there were numerous products in this specialized category. There are 60 cranberry flavor vitamins per bottle. I plan to try this out however to be fair to the manufacturer, a user needs 30 days (2xday) to measure results. I am unsure how a user measures results. If Amazon allows for follow up reviews, I can update my review at a later date. Made for Over 18 and check with one's doctor first with known medical conditions. I imagine everyone will be affected differently but I’ve had a LOT of stomach issues since starting these. I feel like they help with ph balance honestly but the constant bloating gas and bathroom breaks makes it not worth it to me. I’ll find something else unfortunately

Bad diarrhea

This product has not worked and the only thing it has done is messed up my stomach giving me horrible diarrhea and made me nauseous. I’m literally in and out of the bathroom for hours. Horrible product. I have been taking this product for a week. I try to stay hydrated because of the diarrhea. I don’t like the way this makes me feel. I won’t buy again.

I do not recommend

Unfortunately, I kept getting utis and yeast infections taking these. I literally only took in for a couple days three times and developed a UTI and infection. All 3 times I realized I only got them taking this supplement. My doctor recommended me to not take them anymore and I've been better since taking antibiotics and another cranberry supplement. I do not recommend this product for everyone.

Bought these and took two last night! I woke up and I’m cramping like hell and spotting! I literally feel like crap! My cycle shouldn’t come until Dec14th I just got off my period a will and a half ago! Smh!! I feel horrible!

I am not recommending this product. I kept getting yeast infections and UTI'S. My physician recommended me to stop using them. I tried to return unopened bottle. I was doing the "Subscibe and Save" method-price started out at $19.99 , increased to $29.95; Amazon would not allow me to return the unopened package.

Do not purchase

I was wondering why I didn’t get a picture of my delivered items. Bottle was in my drive way not even packaged. What a waist of money!
