Miracle MenoDefend!!!!
I have been faithfully taking this into my 3rd month now, and not only has it shortened by menses cycle from 7 days to barely 3, but I no longer have debilitating cramping either! The week after my cycle when hot flashes and mood swings were the worst, are now near nonexistent! There is also no after taste or GI upset with this supplement which I have struggled with in the past taking other brands. I am quite impressed and I have already ordered 2 more bottles and tell those I know that struggle with the same symptoms as me, about this product. Thank you for making my "monthly" more managable!
