Been using for months. Changes I noticed is my skin tone is not multiple colors just my original color when I was a teenager. Before 20 years of abuse from the industrial workforce. Second my skin is smooth. My locs are healthy and luxurious. Don't care if I am a guy that's what they look like. Nails, " forget about it" they look like I actually take showers. I don't co-sign many products but when you look this good at 43 you have to let people know.

Thicker hair, glowing skin, long strong nails
I’ve used your typical drug store hair skin and nails vitamin for years with minimal improvement. 2 months after taking just 1 of these daily I had very noticeable new hair growth on my head, and my nails grow extremely fast. I lost a lot of hair density after my first round of Covid in 2023, this recouped that loss and then some. I’ve never had this much density! EVER! Some of the new growth is white, but at 42 some greying is expected, and since my skin looks pretty stellar and luminous, I don’t mind the natural “glitter”. Even my brows and lashes are more dense, but my body hair is not. Laser hair removal I had on my pits years ago is unchanged.
