My brother just started using this product. He’s lost a lot of weight. He was telling me about it and so I ordered some. Over the years I’ve had trouble losing weight. Great product! I have been taking these for a few months & I can tell within 15 minutes that they are doing their job. We call them & a couple other suppliments our "Brain Food"I think so much clearer, brain fog is gone, & feel better overall.I take 1 to 2 depending on my brain fog, & have never had any issues, or side effects. I even read the reviews and it wasn’t many good ones in reference to that… The s*** works y’all not only has it increased my energy, suppressed my appetite, I’m down 7lbs in a single week without working out just drinking water. I like the fact that their claim of “clean” is just that. I was looking for a supplement that could help ease the symptoms of psoriasis. One website search listed several of the key nutrients contained in this supplement. I thought I’d give it a try and have been pleasantly surprised. I just purchased a second bottle. Ok, so I got these may 15th, today, 9 days later Ive lost 5 lbs. I read the reviews and saw that it causes heart burn so I bought tums with it. I got slight heartburn once. Now, I also bought weight loss tea that I take daily as well ($5 on Amazon). I do not workout, but I take a walk most days, I also haven't changed my diet but I plan to. I know then the weight will come off even more. I take 2 of these around noon, then the weight loss tea at night after my last meal. Im excited about my progress! 5 lbs down, 53 to go.

Lots of stuff in this supplement

Very slight smell to it but not bad at all. Not sure about the potency of the 10 to 1 extracts but it's supposed to be equivalent to the real product. I was taking just Ceylon Cinnamon, but switched to this because it has a lot of additional ingredients. The cinnamon in this is claimed to be equivalent to 3 grams. This also has chromium and berberine which are also helpful for controlling blood sugar levels. I'm pre-diabetic so trying to control my glucose levels.

Love this product! I take it straight away in the morning with a giant cup of water. It wakes me up and gives me energy better than my coffee. Less jittery. Yes I have lost weight. When I first started it was great for appetite suppressant, still helps just not as strong now since my body has adjusted. Can give you a bit of and upset tummy but that helps me not to eat. But I’ve lost about 10lbs so far, I’m a big girl so I have a lot to shed. Will definitely buy this product again.

This product works very well

I purchased this product by accident, but what a find! The capsules are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste like you get when you swallow a fish oil capsule. I was concerned about how much I've had to urinate since taking it, but after reading a review, apparently the diuretic affect comes with taking it. I have noticed that I've lost a pound or 2 and walking on the treadmill with an extra burst of energy. It has also cut my appetite down, although I still like something a little sweet after lunch/dinner. If you've never tried this herbal combination, I urge you to do so.

Preferred supplement company

I have ordered several supplement combinations from this company’s (Clean Nutraceuticals) and this is one of favorite combinations. I am not a medical professional so my opinion is based only on my experience of this product. I feel like when your heart and gut are feeling good- your mind gets to feel better. Maybe it’s the blood sugar balancing aspects or the boost in your immunity, this supplement works in positive ways. And you know what else is positive? It’s Made in the USA in a registered and certified facility with no unneeded preservatives or fillers. And No, I was not paid of that. I felt it worth cool mentioning since nobody needs or wants more preservatives or fillers in their foods, supplement, etc.

Good product with natural for weight loss

Has ingredients that work together for weight loss, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood cholesterol, liver support and anti inflammatory properties. I don’t get that hungry with it. So far I’ve lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks. I got one for my friend and she says she’ll liking it. We notice that it has a diuretic effect probably due to the Berberine. I’m using it for all the above things I’ve mentioned. We haven’t had the side effects because we’re taking the recommended dosage.Update 7/12/23 I’ve lost 7 lbs so far. I’m still noticing that I’m not as hungry and don’t have much cravings for sweets. I’m going to get bloodwork in mid September to see how I’m doing. I’m female and will be 64. I take Atorvastatin 20mg and 100mg Levothyroxine. I walk 1-2 miles daily and sometimes more. Went to Disneyland with my sons and walked a about 7 miles and kept up with them and their friends ages 22-25. I notice I have more energy. Can’t say enough about this product. I’ll be stopping it for a month to let my metabolism rest then start up again. I’ve read some research articles suggesting this. I’ll keep updating periodically. I'm really happy that I found this product. It combines all the things I used to take separately into one pill. Whenever I travel or go out for dinner, I usually bring a few pills with me in case my sugar levels rise due to meals that I personally do not know the carb & sugar count. Thankfully, this product has been working well for me so far.

Just started but not in as much pain.

I just started these about a week ago I don't feel as much pain. I even did something I hadn't been able to in along time. I cut, edged my yard. Now after I finished I began to feel a little pain but after resting a while I was fine. My blood sugar and blood pressure was lower than normal so I'm happy and will continue to use them.

So Far So Good

I've been taking this 5 days now and the scale is down 5 lbs. I'm not as hungry on it and noticed I wasn't snacking as much. I take one pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. One day I took it too late in the afternoon and had a hard time going to sleep. My joints and muscles aren't hurting as bad either. So far so good.

I've only been using this for a month, but it has everything I want to take in a supplement. One thing I've noticed so far is I have much more energy and no longer need a nap every day. I was previously taking berberine and turmeric to help with bloating but I much prefer this mixture!

Not Sure How Well It Works But I Do Feel Better

I have been taking these for a couple of months. I feel better and notice when I missed a couple of days as I start to feel a little sluggish. Overall I like them and as someone who hates the taste of apple cider vinegar this is a great way to have the benefits without the taste.

I have been taking these since August and has really helped my gut health. I was having a lot of problems with bloating and I haven't had that while taking these. It has also curbed my appetite and I seem to have more energy during the day. I would recommend these.

Lost 9 pounds in a week!

Talk about suppressed appetite! Love these. I’ve felt my best on them. Weight loss slowed the following week but my appetite is still suppressed. In a month, I lost 14 lbs. I also did intermittent fasting 16/8 and cut carbs easily because my cravings were curved.

This is a great supplement. I am very thankful for the cinnamon in it because it does give me some indigestion and it helps when you are burping it up. This definitely helped with energy and helped me to stick with keto for about 2 weeks so far.

Cinnamon helps hair thinning

I’ve been taking cinnamon for years for hair thinning and it works great. I found this particular supplement with not only cinnamon but also Apple Cider vinegar and other healthy ingredients.

Ran out of my normal curcumin so i thought I'd give this a try. I am loving the effects so far. As well as replacing my curcumin it has a strange side effect that is helping ward off my cravings for sweets -"gluco defend" indeed. Also enjoying the fact that i take half the pills i used to, in order to get the same dosage. Definitely going to use this brand to streamline my supplements. The combinations would definately help cut down on costs. This is the second pill i have bought from them and i am overly pleased with the results.

They work BUT

I want to start off by saying that these have worked for me. I just finished my first bottle and ordered a second one. So far have lost 6 pounds. I haven't changed my diet much nor been exercising consistently but I have been trying to lessen the amount of calories I consume. I recommend them however on the second bottle I purchased the pills are not consistent with the first one. I understand there is tumeric inside so that could account for the extra yellowness. The size of the pill is also smaller than the first bottle. [Left pill, first bottle. Right pill, second bottle]There is a mild taste if any. I personally have had no adverse effects either. Everyone is different but this is just my opinion. Overall I am happy with my purchase and will continue taking them.

My Wifey was recommended this, and did some reading up and got it......and doesn't regret it at all. She takes them and says it does her good and it's not hard to swallow. Now she doesn't do reviews, but she said that, so that's a good thing. Check the other reviews as well, and if you're looking for something to help with your blood sugar (which she monitors avidly) then do look into it. Happy 2024

Loved it until I didn’t

I absolutely loved this product. I could tell a distinct difference in my energy level and appetite after the very first dose. I felt so much better. It did give me slight heartburn within the first few days but nothing bad. Heartburn isn’t usually a problem for me, but after about 7 or 8 days of taking this I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst heartburn/acid reflux you can imagine. It felt like there was a fire in my belly that ran up my esophagus, burned my throat, made my ears and nose burn. It was horrible. I’m going to try and take one a day instead and see what happens because I really love this product. I’m hoping for the best because but if that doesn’t work it’s time to move on to something different.

Everything in this bottle is good. No issues whatsoever with the actual product . No open or broken bottle etc. All good. I truly wish I could afford to keep up with taking these regularly, but it's not in my budget. I would if I could. So I only got to try them for a month along with a few others I tried. A lot of healthy ingredients

I like it contains ACV, Berberine, Bitter Melon, Milk Thistle, Ginseng, which I heard help lower blood sugar. There are also many other ingredients. I hope it's potent to have some health benefits, esp control blood sugar as my husband is a diabetic. I like it's NON GMO, although it'd be better to be organic. It's more expensive than some other blood sugar control products, but it does contain more ingredients. If it's effective, it'd be worth it, but it's too early to tell.

Several Anti-inflammatory Ingredients

I ordered this supplement because it contains several anti-inflammatory ingredients like apple cider vinegar, ginseng, turmeric, and cinnamon (specifically Ceylon cinnamon which is easier on the stomach). Those four particular ingredients are supposed to be helpful in controlling inflammation in the body. I have rheumatoid arthritis so there's a great deal of inflammation that I need to control, or at least attempt to. I'm hoping this supplement will help along with other medications that I take. Of course, I can't review the effectiveness of the product because I would have to take it for a while to be able to do that. But I think it's a good product to at least start trying to fight inflammation with.

No weight loss

I do like the list of ingredients, but do not know how much is actually being absorbed effectively. I have been taking these for 3 weeks. I do notice a slight increase in energy, but my appetite has not changed at all. I have yet to experience any weight loss. I will finish out the bottle but not sure if I will order it again.

Great ingredients for inflammation

Comes with a lot of really great ingredients to help with inflammation such as turmeric and ginseng. While I haven't noticed any side effects, it's difficult to say how well this works as from what I understand, it takes several months before turmeric shows effects on the body but so far everything seems good.

These vitamin capsules are huge! I've only been taking them for a couple of days, so I will update later. Haven't noticed anything yet though. They did upset my stomach when I didn't take with food, so definitely take it with food.

I have been taking these everyday since receiving them and I can’t really see a difference. I know there’s great ingredients in these but I haven’t seen a difference in appetite suppressant or energy. Oh well

Bad heartburn

It does suppress appetite somewhat. I didn't feel sick or anything on these. They MIGHT cause constipation, but I'm not sure. They definitely cause heartburn. I've had heartburn and reflux issues in the past and realized it was the carbonated water I was drinking. I stopped drinking that and it went away. Now, this is the only thing I've taken differently and I'm experiencing heartburn daily. Even on days I don't take it.

Are the ingredients actually the best versions?

I have not tried your product but I have done a lot of research on many of these ingredients. Although I love the idea of all of these key components in one or two capsules, many of these are not the correct version. Starting with the cinnamon, which on the label says Cassia but in your description you continuously repeat Ceylon, which is a much better and safer form! This brings me to your chromium, which your label says celate(sp?), but in reality, the best version for this use is chromium piccolate. This makes me question the quality of the Turmeric and whether or not you're ACV has the "mother" in it?Great idea, questioning if each ingredient is the best choice and at that price, I'm hesitant!

Sorry, just not right for me.

I suppose I must be one of the rare individuals whose body cannot tolerate this blend. First day I took it, I noticed that I had some really bad heartburn that lasted about an hour. The second day I had the heartburn again,but worse. Lasted all day. In addition I felt like I was doing a colonoscopy prep. I was in the bathroom every half hour Finally had to reach for the Imodium. Can't tell you how it worked because I'm not going to go through that again. Giving 3 stars because it may work for some, just won't work for me.

No noticeable differences.

I'm sure by now we've all heard of the magic of tumeric, I decided to feed into it and give these a try. For some background these are the only tumeric supplements I have tried, and the combination of other benefits in them they seemed like a good fit. I took one daily with food for a little over a month, the only difference I felt was I was still hungry after eating and taking one; not only was I hungry but I felt like a bottomless pit.

Seems to give me horrible diarrhea?!

Ever since starting to take 2 capsules a day, I get horrible diarrhea about 30 minutes after EVERYTHING I eat! I don't think it is just a coincidence as I have not changed anything else, and it subsides when I forget to take this then recurs when I go back on it. Are there specific ingredients here that might be the culprit? Anyone else having this problem? Some med sites on web seem to say berberine can cause severe stomach upset, maybe that is what is going on.

I just purchased this product three weeks ago. I'm trying to work this vitiamin in my daily schedule to see what king of side affects it has. So far I've had diarrhea but don't know if it's the pill or not. I'm going to keep taking them for the rest of the month to see what happens. They arrived quickly. They don't leave an after taste in your mouth. No smell. I hope they work so I can get off of some other meds am taking for diabetes.

Haven't noticed anything except more pain

I live with chronic debilitating pain every day, and wanted to take this because of the mixture of fairly good items. I have been in far more pain since I began taking this 3 weeks ago. I thought it might help with fat burning, and of course inflammation. Since I have Hashimoto's, Fibro and Hypophosphetemia, I have allot of inflammation. This product just didn't seem to do anything for me, and at $30 per bottle, I will continue my search.

Lots of ingredients; but not sure on quality

As I mentioned in my other reviews, I wanted cinnamon for diabetes health but I learned there are 2/3 types of the item (Burmannii or Burman is the poorer ingredient & Cassia is a Chinese version) versus what's known as Ceylon cinnamon. After learning this, I decided not to buy the cheaper version (Burman & Cassie it appears) because it has less potent ingredients and went with this brand for a much higher milligram and quality item. This item in particular, like another one I reviewed, has extra supplemental ingredients that are suppose to help with blood sugar. But it uses Cassia cinnamon which is inferior but on the front it contradicts itself by saying it's equivalent to Ceylon. I'm not sure that's true. Also, I'm not persuaded that it's worth the extra cost or value.

Feeling no difference. Also, I take in the morning and I have had insomnia since I've been taking it. I stopped for a day and slept that night. Starting taking it again yesterday and didn't sleep well last night again. Today I tried just one instead of 2 capsules.....3 days later, one taken in the morning still kept me awake all night.

Actually, Raised Blood Sugar

I was excited to start this product. After two weeks, my blood sugar average went from 140 to 170+. Staying elevated all day long. Nothing changed in my diet, so it makes no sense. Not on any other diabetes meds. I am disappointed. Obviously working for some people, but not for me. :(

I had baseline blood work before I started and after, twice. No changes to anything, no changes noticeable by myself or my partner. Except sudden heartburn again, and disruption of my period. Finally, threw out the remaining because my lips started burning.

Tough taste to handle and after effects on stomach

These pills do leave a strong after taste in the mouth and nose. Stomach gets slightly upset when consuming. Though I do see slight positive effects after the 3-4 weeks I have been using these supplements in cognitive and physical health.

Headache unfortunately

Sadly when I take this product I have a horrible headache. From a digestion standpoint had zero issues, no indigestion, burping or aftertaste. So sad that I get the headaches when I take it because otherwise would have been great.

Two months later

Taken this for two months and I look and feel exactly the same. I’m just guessing it helps with blood sugar levels but do not monitor. Will keep taking it. These are supplements i believe are good for me.

Causes heartburn

I took this for several months but had to stop due to the horrible heartburn. It did lower my bsl about 20-40 points so will be looking for something similar, maybe without the acv or turmeric.

Purchased different makers of these, chose this since most others are 3-5 daily capsules and this one is just 2 for same dosage, not sure I see it working as good as the higher capsuls ones.

Caused some nausea

It worked okay. Nothing life changing. Maybe it just didn't agree with my system because it caused nausea the entire time I took it. I switched to a brand that makes the gummies.

Problem with on of the ingredient

Sorry to say that I had a bad reaction to one of the ingredients in these pills. I had pain in my muscles. Legs, shoulders, neck area. Wish that they had worked out for me.

This did the total opposite for me, I didn’t buy this to lose weight at all (I’m 135lbs and 64.7 inches tall so my BMI is normal), I bought this to help with the sugar and junk food cravings I’ve been having lately but it made it worst, once I started taking this I feel like I need to eat more even if I feel full. Maybe it’s something else but I started noticing this when I started taking this pill. So it’s not for me.

No observable benefit after one month

I’ve been taking this product as intended (2 capsules once a day with meal and 8oz water) for over a month now.I’m not impressed one way or the other. Previous products I’ve tried (such as LifeSeasons Glucose Stabili-T, or the previously named Diabet-X) all perform much better at initially lowering my blood sugar as well as keeping my blood sugar controlled throughout the day. This product has negligible effect on both.Additionally, my A1C did not have any change before and after use, not that I really expected it to but that is worth mentioning for any who are curious.Taste and smell are mild, and I have no issue with any digestive issues as a result. While I do like the list of ingredients present, I question their efficacy. I don’t think I can recommend this product, but I won’t discount the product’s ability to improve health in a way that I cannot measure.EDIT: long term use still has no effect on daily glucose levels, A1C levels, spikes, or any other metric worth considering.

Makes me nauseous and dizzy

I wanted to like this product. I purchased this because I have type 2 diabetes and wanted to try something healthy besides the metformin I am currently on. I have taken this about 5 times, after about an hour or two after taking this product I get nauseous, dizzy, and feeling of my temperature rising and I get hot. I don't know which ingredient does it but I keep hoping it was just that one time, but no, it's every time.

Horrible Acid Reflux

The first time I took this supplement, I thought I might just be sick after having to run to the bathroom to vomit. After that, I felt fine. I took it again the next day after eating, and the same thing happened. I didn't take it for a week, but when I tried it again, I experienced the most unpleasant acid reflux ever. I am unsure what it is about this supplement that is affecting my stomach, but I will be discarding the rest of the bottle.

Burps!!

Only started a month ago so I don't notice any difference yet. Will keep going with this for now because of all that it offers but what I can say is be aware of what you drink/eat with this when you take it. I've experienced repeat "powder burps" with this. I damn near choke more often than not on some powder (most likely cinnamon) coming back up.Update: can’t handle the powder burps anymore. Good in theory but would not recommend.

More gimmick

Did not work for me at all. Now let me use the disclaimer I have pcos with IR. I took the recommended and even doubled it. I have taken up to 6 capsules w other blood sugar supplements *lemme* and NOTHING.I know it's for those within normal control, but if it doesn't even touch my IR w 6 capsules qd, I'm not sure it's really doing much at all. Maybe it's just me.

Make sure to read the small print

So I bought this because of the higher dose of berberine as well as the other ingredients for inflammation and sugar control. After taking it for a few days I got out a magnifying glass, no joke!, and read that it is only 120mg of berberine instead of the 1200 stated on the front of the bottle. According to them, it's more concentrated...yeah no. I would have to take 4 pills to come close to 500mg. I'll finish out the bottle and buy a different one next time

I am sure this product might be great for some people but I have such a strange vinegar smelling body odor when I take this product!This also happens to me if I take fish oil capsules.I am very sensitive to smell, so that could be a reason why.My body is also very sensitive to supplements.I will not be purchasing this again.

Love all the ingredients, sounds great, wanna take them. But directions are 3 capsules daily but are only given a quantity of 30, so for 10 days worth of supplements. it's has great ingredients but it honestly made me sick. it suppressed my appetite because I was nauseous all day. With food or without food, I was sick and I had a migraine every time I took it. I'm not saying it's bad, just not for me.

The advertisement for this supplement says it contains 3000 MG’s of turmeric, etc. But it’s actually 150 MG‘s per capsule. A serving is 2 capsules which is only 300 MGs.

I have had three bottles now that have over 10 pills broken and junk. The capsules are cracked and dump into pills. Such a mess and a waste of money. Sadly you can't get a refund.

This product is NOT like my routine of taking Braggs Applecider Vinegar (2-3 Tablespoons w/ 3/4 Teaspoon's of Ground Cinnamon) then feeling a sense of well being 15-minutes after completely drinking the whole glass mixed with Kool-aid every morning.I don't feel ANYTHING from this product like Less Neuropathy/Less Numbness in my feet. But it is early seeing I just received the product 2-days ago. Maybe I will have more positive feedback in 2-mo ths after I finish my 2nd bottle of it. Massive price increase

My spouse has been using this for a year and a half. While there hasn't been much of an improvement in bloodwork, it's just barely making a teeny tiny improvement. Enough to keep the results just under "diabetic" status. And when I say barely, I mean barely. Regardless, as of July of 2024, our subscription was cancelled, and not by us. The product was $20 previously. And we actually received an email stating it was cancelled due to such a high price increase. I went and checked, and sure enough, the company has raised the price by 50%! The cost is now $30/bottle! I've compared the ingredients and nothing changed, just pure corporate creed. I've attached the cost of a previous order and the email to show other customers. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's when a company takes advantage of customers. And the product is mediocre... ridiculous.

Side effects and NO weight loss

So the first day, I felt nauseated and had a pretty severe headache. Since then I haven’t had the nausea but I do get a headache everytime I take it. I also have the jitters and my heart rate increases. I’m not sure this is for me.Update: it made me throw up today so I really don’t think this is for me. I’m better off putting cinnamon, ginger, and tumeric in my coffee.

Deceptive at best

I think I purchased this product through an ad on Facebook, but I can't be sure. In any case, it did absolutely NOTHING. I was also very displeased to find that by default, I had somehow registered for a subscription (a very dishonest and deceptive tactic on the part of this vendor). A month later, I received another bottle of a product that was of not use to me at all. The ad I saw (wherever that was) explicitly stated blood sugar control. I wear a continuous glucose monitor, and I can tell you that my glucose levels were not in the least bit affected. The label (which for the most part requires a magnifying glass to read) says "Gluco Defend." But nowhere in the Amazon descriptions is that defined. There's just a restatement of the ingredient list. A lot of purchasers report weight loss, energy boosts, etc., but Gluco Defend does not imply those results. I'm very dissatisfied with the results I had and hated to be stuck with an additional bottle of a product that does not work at all. Buyer beware!

False labeling

Worked well for a month, lost weight, less bloat, more energy. When I started taking the 2nd bottle after a month I started getting very lethargic, dizzy, brain fog, confused. Why does the back of the bottle say "equivalent to Ceylon cinnamon"?. I'm almost positive this has cassia cinnamon which can be dangerous, especially to smaller people with less body weight. Cassia cinnamon can cause hypoglycemia, liver damage, and CANCER. I'm so angry at this company right now for the bait and switch.

Made me vomit

I purchased a bottle recently and only took them for 2 doses . On Day 1 I started feeling nauseous around 30-45 minutes after ingesting and it caused me to Vomit . On Day 2 same exact thing except it happened 45 minutes to 1 hour after . It’s disappointing when I spend that much money on a product and unable you use it .

It makes things worse

All I’ve experienced is gas, bloating, harder to release stools, and and uneasiness feeling while Im unable to focus during work. And Ive only been taking 1 a day with the rest of my supplements that Ive been taking for months now with no issues. Ive been using this product for a week now. Will surely be stopping.

MISLEADING DESCRIPTION

The description says 3000 mg of Cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tumeric, and 1200 mg of Berberine. However, the dosages are much less with only 300mg of Cinnamon and the other ingredients. The correct dosages are listed on the bottle. But, I only read the misleading description before I bought the supplements.

Does not work on THC

Got this because I thought it would help with detoxification of THC. It does not. Just for your knowledge. The best way to detox from THC is a lot of Antioxidants, fiber and exercise I highly recommend detoxing at least a month before if you’re doing any sort of testing then I would take detoxify mega cleanse

No difference nothing! waste of money.

I may be wrong but after a month of taking this product I have not notice any change to my neuropathy in feet symptoms. You would hope that the stuff in these pills at least would help a bit but they do not.The only people that are benefiting from these pills are the maker and seller. Total waste of money.

No help!

Not what I was expecting! Been taking Berberine for 4 months and blood sugar was controlled. I decided to switch as this product lists so many supplements that help with blood sugar and being a 1 in all pill!..well my blood sugar has spiked! No help what so ever! Guess I will be buying my berberine again!

Waste of money

I took this for the full month and it did absolutely nothing. No appetite suppression. No extra energy; I have been more fatigued than normal. I did experience some minor heartburn occassionally as well, which was surprising as I'm on daily omeprazole. I definitely do not reccommend this product.

Taste aweful

Did not notice any difference in taking them and they taste awful and burp them up . Would not buy againUpdate although this product did not work for me the seller reached out to make things right. Customer service with the seller was great. Everyone is different and this may work great for you

Got sick when I started taking them

Took my first dose on Wednesday and on Friday I have some kind of upper respiratory infection. The only thing that changed was taking these pills. Have not even been sick in months. I cannot prove these pills got me sick but it is my opinion they did. Not sure how to report this. Buyer beware

Beware

This product is horrible- nothing but the worst, endless dog farts you have ever smelled. I have gained 3 lbs in 3 days, never been so bloated and stopped BM's. Terrible after taste as well. One of the capsules was dissolving in my throat and I can see why so many people vomit. AVOID

Not Ceylon cinnamon

They display a label with cinnamomum verum in the ingredients but the ingredients on the label on the product I received is cinnamon casia. Also the label on the bottle displays ceylon cinnamon. Why the deceptive advertisement? Ceylon cinnamon is not cinnamon casia.

Nothing

Product has not made an impact after 3 weeks then they try to ship more with out me knowing that it’s a subscription and they try to ship them every month so please be careful ! They tried to get me several times before I even got the product just research it !

Every day I have taken it I have had a bad headache and my blood pressure has been up. I stopped taking it and my headaches have stopped. I hardly ever have headaches and feel this caused my headaches.You can not return this product so buyer beware!!

Does not work

Got from this brand before so I assumed this product would work but did not, disappointed. It gave me terrible heartburn and did not help decrease my appetite at all. The bottle was also small for the price and you cannot return. Would not recommend.

Makes me sick

I’ve take this product everyday now and each day about 30-60 min after eating with meal and drinking water I get sick and throw it all up. Can’t return it either so that’s no fun. Just be aware that it may May you sick and you’ll be out the money.

Don't buy this.

I took my first 2 pills when I had lunch it made me dizzy and slightly nauseous. I started to get the spins and now I'm light headed. I am not taking any more of this supplement ...no returns oh well not taking them...made me not feel good.

Not sure it's effective, maybe you will get results

I bought this to help me, I have RA and Lupus and weight issues. I used it for weeks and didn't notice any benefits from this product. Maybe it will work for you, I don't recommend these.The capsules are big. The packaging is good.

This didn't help with anything, in fact I gained weight and this increased my blood sugar even on a low carb/no sugar diet causing me to go back to my prescribed medication. Will not purchase again, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Broke Me Out

Doesn’t do much and makes me breakout. My friend told me about it and she told me it also makes her breakout but her skin adjusts after so many weeks? Mine never adjusted so must depend on the person. Never finished the bottle.

Sick to my stomach

I purchased this and the first day I took it I was vomiting violently. I knew something was off because when I opened the jar it smelled like straight coffee. I threw the entire bottle away. I won’t be trying this brand again.

The only thing this did for me was make me vomit. My dumb azz kept taking it thinking it would get better. It did. I'm 1 1/2 bottles in and I no longer vomit. Now I'm just extremely nauseous all the time. And have heartburn.

Buyer Beware

The bottle says Ceylon cinnamon, but the label says it’s a cassia cinnamon extract. Cassia contains a lot of coumarin, which can be toxic in large quantities. It is much safer to choose Ceylon if you eat a lot of cinnamon

Ugh- made me feel sick

I hated this… I immediately got a headache from it but did t realize it was from this until a few days later when I stopped taking it and checked the reviews. I guess I’m one of those this didn’t work for.

Causes severe nausea

I have persisted with one capsule daily for two weeks, and I can’t get past the nausea. Since the nausea wouldn’t pass, I stopped taking this and feel so much better. I don’t recommend this product.

No Results

This product did not curb my appetite, make me feel any different nor did I lose any weight. The capsules were too large. You almost choked trying to swallow them. I do not recommend this product.

Terrible taste in mouth!

Lies on the label?!

It seems like they're just lying on the label. Everything on the front says 3000 mg but on the back serving it's much smaller numbers unless you to take way more pills than they say to.

At first glance it seemed like a great idea, all those ingredients. I soon developed an intense itching afte two r days. When I stopped, itch went away . So many ingredients not sure.

Once these hit your mouth you get an instant apple cider vinegar taste that takes a few minutes to go away. Also, I didn't notice any benefits while taking them.
