The Calm from the Storm
I was happy to find this combination of calming suppliments in one bottle. I have taken 5HTP for years to calm my stress. The GABA helps to calm me, too while the L Theanine also helps me focus. I usually take the capsules in the evening, but there are times when I use it to calm me, without sleepiness during the day

I have taken 50 - 100 mg of 5HTP for years to help with mood balance and its been a value add to my life. At most you can find it blended with a B vitamin so I was really intrigued by the blend in the CN product and excited to try it. I wish the I didn't have to take 3 pills but its worth the extra swallows :-)

Everything was great with the Calm Again Formula. It has all the nutrients that are lacking in my multivitamins.
My sleep just got a whole lot better
This product has upleveled my ability to sleep better and deeper than I've been able to in years. So grateful!

I ordered this to treat anxiety and ended up feeling so depressed and groggy on just one pill I wanted to kill myself. On further investigation with my medical practitioner, I realized that this product combines multiple ingredients that should not be combined and are not highlighted in the advertised description. There’s no mention in their marketing of Sam E, which should not be combined with 5HTP and gabba. There’s way too many ingredients in this at way too high of a level. I’ve never felt so awful. Just taking one pill before bed gave me nightmares and made me wake up with a splitting headache that took half a day and three pain relievers before I could see straight. Do not take this if you’re sensitive in anyway. It should have more warnings.
Y'all are crooks I had to file a fraud case with my bank and they refunded my money. I never received my order and some lawn company took my $51. I will never order this or any other product on line again.
