Do your research

For everyone saying this does not work, I am guessing you are on a typical diet, aka poor nutrition. There are vitamins you need to take that allow your body to absorb and use other vitamins MUCH better. Like Vitamin D and B12. Its sad this product does not come with that but its also a good thing because if you have another one that does you dont want to double that dose. I try to get everything stand alone and I kind of like that its not in this one but you really have to know that.

I take this for immune support but also find it helpful in giving me a great boost of energy throughout the day. The ingredients in this supplement are all beneficial, it has magnesium, zinc, boron, shilajit, sea moss, tongkat ali, and ashwagandha. It is a great all-around vitamin that provides needed minerals and vitamins to aid in immune support, energy and gut health as well.

Quality Supplement

High quality supplement though the dosages for some of the things like the Ashwagandha and Shilajit extracts may be at the upper end of the guidelines when taking into account equivalency.I love the addition of Zinc and CoQ 10 along with Black Pepper to increase absorption of the ingredients.Pills are easy to swallow but I did burp up a little bit of a nasty aftertaste a couple times after dosing. It wasn't overly bad and could have been due to adding 3 more capsules to an already heavy supplement routine.This is a good value when you take into account some supplements are only Ashwagandha and Shilajit, some are Sea Moss only and this combines all those with additional things like Zinc, Magnesium, CoQ 10, Tongkat Ali. This really is a one-stop supplement for overall wellness.

Easy-to-Take Supplements

This is almost a comical supplement, in that it has pretty much all of the currently-popular supplements in a single pill. However, considering how much of a pain shilajit can be to take in its normal resin form, I wanted to try this out to see if it would be a worthwhile method. It's difficult to directly ascertain what health benefits this has specifically provided me, so I'll keep my review to the product itself. And overall, it's good - the bottle was well-sealed, and all of the supplement pills seem nice and fresh. You're supposed to take three pills in a serving, and they are quite large, so you'll need to have something to wash it down. But I was genuinely impressed that they were fully flavorless. No bitter taste on the capsule, which is always a risk with supplements. Overall, very happy with how these are to take, and looking forward to the possible health benefits the supplements may provide!

This will detox you

Be prepared to be using the bathroom with this one. It instantly made me have to use the bathroom about an hour after my first dose. Gave me energy though after a couple days. The longer you take it the more you feel the energy being effected. It tastes kind of funky but nothing you won't be able to get over.

I'm no testing lab so I appreciate others have done that. What I have noticed is increased energy and focus! It's been around 3 months and I've ordered more, including checking on some things with the company (ethical issues raised by others, but that was quickly diffused.) Highly recommended

These capsules seem to be great quality! I cannot comment on their effects (and I'm sure that they vary from person-to-person), but I do have some specific thoughts:- These are slightly large capsules. They measure about 5/32" x 1", so this may be worth considering if you have trouble swallowing larger capsules.- The bottle arrived with both the plastic and foil seals intact, so I have no concerns about the packaging being opened, etc.- All 90 capsules (30 servings of 3 capsules each) were in the bottle and none were broken, leaking, or damaged in any way.= My only small concern is that the bottle did not contain a small pouch of desiccant like most capsules. In a high-humidity environment this could potentially cause the capsules to degrade over time. With that said, if the bottle is kept sealed and the capsules are used fairly quickly, this shouldn't be a major issue.

Convenient way to take Shilajit

It is a convenient way to take Shilajt for sure compare to Resin type. But after a while I am kinda prefer to go back to the Resin. I seems to see more result that way.But I still give this product a thumb up for including other good ingredients in each capsule (Ashwagandha, Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali and Boron). Make it a lot easier and quicker when try to fit other supplement in the morning.I took it early on empty stomach before working out and seems to give me endurance when I take a break from Creatine.

Convenient way to take Shilajit

Pure Shilajit Supplement 10,000mg Himalayan w Sea Moss 6000mg Ashwagandha 6000 Tongkat Ali…This is a simpler way of taking Shilajit instead of the resin. It has numerous added ingredients such as sea moss and tongkat ali, black pepper for absorption etc. Three capsules is the dosage daily. Sometimes I get an aftertaste, but if I wash them down with lots of water it doesn’t bother me. An easy way to supplement.

Weird aftertaste, but seems to work well.

My husband has been taking these for a couple of weeks now. He loves how they make him feel and has already stated that he wants to get more once these are gone. The pills are nice and easy to swallow. They do have a strange aftertaste that you need to wash away with a drink after. I love how well rounded this supplement is with all the natural ingredients it hosts. We will definitely be purchasing more and recommending it to others.

No Adverse Reactions

I'm a little skeptical of what the bottle promises as far as dosages go. These concentrated amounts equal to a high level just seems a little hard to believe. The bottle does look a little "click-bait" ish. This is why I'm docking a star because of the disbelief.So far, after a few weeks, I do not feel any bit different. No adverse reactions is a good thing though! I have tried the Shilajit resin and it's its an acquired taste. That is why I opted for this product. I'm going to keep taking and see how it goes. Maybe when my 30 servings are up, I will fee sluggish afterwards and then I will know to get back on it. On its own, I take ashwagandha and tongkat already..

Good daily supplement

I’ve been taking this Shilajit supplement for a couple of weeks. The capsules are on the large size but not huge. The container has a slight earthy odor but the capsules by themselves have no smell or taste. The dosage is 3 capsules per day and they go down pretty easy with water or any liquid. While these capsules offer a boatload of nutrients, minerals, antioxidants, and anti inflammatory properties I can’t say I feel any dramatic effect, but, I do feel good overall and am glad that I am taking them for my overall health.

I tried the actual resin version of the supplement, but thought it was so nasty tasting that I decided I wanted to try capsule instead. This capsule is good, but I don’t get the same results as I did from the nasty tasting resin. I think I will go back to the resin, but if, you can’t stand the taste of the raisin and this is definitely going to be great for you

A quality supplement but miracle claims are dubious

This is a well produced product, but is it the miracle touted on social media? Not in our locality. We've tried a number of brands and this one does not stand out in any category particularly. More energy? Maybe. Pills are a fairly good size, nearly flavorless (a win) but the efficacy seems truly questionable.

Drink with something tasty

If you are sensitive to taste, you should take these with something that is strong flavored that you enjoy. the taste with water can be overwhelming. I have not been taking it long enough to know if it has helped much, but I have not had any adverse reactions to it. That is a plus.

Great product, just made the mistake of taking a shot or two of some alcoholic beverages not reading the bottle. Let me tell you it has been a wild ride. My body feels like its 600 pounds. Headache and diarrhea the ENTIRE TIME. Be careful with these things.

After trying out shilajit supplements for a few weeks, I've noticed some mixed results. On the positive side, I did experience a slight boost in energy levels and mental clarity, especially during the first few days of taking them. However, the effects seemed to taper off over time, and I didn't notice any significant long-term benefits. Additionally, the taste and smell of the supplements were quite strong and not very pleasant, which made them difficult to incorporate into my daily routine. While I appreciate the potential health benefits of shilajit, my personal experience was not overwhelmingly positive

Good supplement BUT!!!!!!!

I took this on a regular basis and I felt great! I missed a day and I felt a lot less enthusiastic, and energetic. So if you plan to stay it long term, great you will feel the difference too. BUT, keep in mind you will drop like a lead weight once you stop!

Took over a week past the delivery date to get to me. This product is not for me. I only took it 4 days. First 3 days I took the recommended amount and noticed that I was falling asleep at work and and I had no mental clarity. I was forgetting essential things within my day to day life. Day 4 I took 1/3 of the recommendations and still was in a bad spot with my mental clarity and feeling exhausted. So I stopped taking it all together.

Bad Experience

Just got this supplement and already had a bad experience from only one day of using it. I took in the am and later that night it had my muscle aching, chills, fever, and headache the whole night. Didn’t take it the next day and I was perfectly fine the next morning. Whoever made this product should definitely take a look at this to see why it has this effect on people. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Missing/broken seal

Received the product and the seal was already broken when I opened it. Don't know if the product is supposed to come like this but I never seen this before.

Not saying they don’t work but after taking it for 60 days I noticed zero changes for myself. Except for… my facial skin. If I was ever stressed my face would break out with red bumps. As soon as I stopped taking these my skin was clear. Also if I didn’t eat enough food before taking these it would destroy my stomach and make me pukey… save your money do some research

IT CAUSES INJURIES TO YOUR MUSCLES!

I don't know if I got a bad batch because after I started to take this I STARTED TO GET INJURED ALL OVER MY BODY AND INTERNAL ORGANS GOT REALLY SWOLLEN... I took it for about a week and I started to get injured. First it was my foot which I never had that type of injury, I couldn't step because my sole was all swollen, then my neck got stiff and couldn't move it to the sides, then my intercostal rib muscles and all my guts got really swollen,and that's when I decided to stop taking them and I'm now back to normal, but I'd been in bed for 2 weeks because all of these injuries. I take other supplements from this company and never had a problem but this one is just a red flag. They gotta check the formula and see what's causing muscles to get weak and injuries, I email the manufacturer but they never answered me.

Not at all what it's cracked up to be.

I only chose this particular brand because it is combined with other supplements that I'm already taking.After two weeks of taking the recommended dosage, I don't recognize any benefits at all. I don't feel any different. It especially doesn't live up to what Shelajit is cracked up to be. I'll try another brand that is in raw form without other supplements mixed in. I'm not at all satisfied and only gave it one star because zero wasn't an option.

Health risk!

I took this product about 24 hrs ago, my head was throbbing and heart pounding harder than usual, I felt jittery and off. Towards the night time I felt like I needed to run a mile to fall asleep. Now the next day I still feel my heart over working and I’m debating on going to the hospital!Update: went to hospital and they only gave me IV , if this happens to you take Lemmon and ginger and it will make you feel better

Disappointed

I have taken all these supplements in visually from different companies. I was excited and hoping for the best option for all my supplements in one. Once I started taking it something happened. After a few days of taking it I started to become extremely tired. I struggled to stay awake. I would take so much caffeine to just barely stay awake. I have now stopped taking it and just about detoxed from it. I have gone back to how I was before . I am so depressed.

These sucked. Just get the real thing or dont waste your money.

Got these for my boyfriend because he mentioned seeing it on tik tok after he heard me mention it. I was excited to see him thrive and have more energy but what happened was the complete opposite. They made him tired and lethargic almost immediately and so then he started taking them closer to bedtime, but it didn’t help. He would be completely delusional and just exhausted to the point he could barely get up for work the next morning. I do not recommend these in all honesty. They gave him body aches, fatigue and I don’t know if it’s related or not, but he’s also experiencing diarrhea. I’d like a refund, to be honest. These sucked and I feel really bad for my boyfriend. Please do better.

After taking it, I felt a little off. I was hoping it would do the trick for me and get my t levels back to normal. But I couldn't get past two doses. Hopefully it works for you if you decide to try it. It just didn't do it for my body.

I’ve been taking this supplement for 5 days, on the 5th night, I was talking on the phone and fell asleep, when the person I was on the phone with came back, apparently I was cussing something to hell and back, I’ve never had any sleep talking problems, or any disorders of the sort, this is new, and the only recent change for me has been these pills. I’m left to assume it is caused by the pills. Be aware before purchase they could do the same thing to you.
